Toby bought one raffle ticket at the dinner that the fire department does every year and all he wanted was to win a helmet. The lucky liitle tird won this helmet off of one ticket. What are the odds that he would buy one ticket and then win the prize that he wanted?

Remember when I was like 6 or something and the firemen had a dinner and raffle and I won that stupid huge box of oil, I was so sad, but dad liked it.
