Finally an answer

Well I finally got an answer from the insurance on if they were going to cover my medication for the ms. They will pay 50% so that still leaves me to pay over $1,000 a month. Thankfully there is this group called ms lifelines and they have an assistance program, and they automatically put all newly diagnosed ms paitents on the program for the first year. So they put my on it and I'm only going to have to pay $50 a month. I will have to apply for assistance again in a year. And they can't guarantee that I will get it or not, but at least I will have it for a year. So they are sending my meds tomorrow and then I have to wait for a nurse to come and train me on it. I'm just glad that we are getting help with the cost I was really stressing it. God does answer prayers!!!!

A Bad Day

Today has been an awful day I have been in so much pain and having a hard time getting around all I have been able to do today is cry. My dad, Kenyon and Parley gave me a blessing today and I know that the lord knows how I feel and that he is there for me but I get so frustrated at times. I feel like I have had so many trials in my life and now this and I can't help but feel sorry for myself and I know I shouldn't. I just keep thinking why me? What do I need to learn from this? I know we have trials to make us stronger and to learn lessons but sometimes I don't understand. I need to work on my faith I guess and stop feeling bad for myself.

I want to let my parents know how much I love them and tell thankyou for always being there to help me especially my mom I LOVE YOU!! And I would be lost without you. And my husband Bo he puts up with so much crap with me I know that all my problems has to wear on him but he never complains. I do the complaining and he says it is what it is and we will deal with it. He is such a wonderful husband and father and I LOVE HIM SOOO MUCH!

Its been forever

I know its been forever since I have posted anything I need to get on the ball. Well for a little up date I went to see a new neuroligist on may 21st and had 4 different MRI's done on the 26th and a spinal tap on the 27th. The DR. called me on June 3rd and told me I have relapse and remitting MS. I was upset, but at the same time I was glad to finally know what was wrong with me. I have been dealing with this for 3 years now. I went back to see the Dr. on the 8th and figured out a treatment plan. I have to give myself injections 3 days a week for the rest of my life. The shots are very expensive its going to cost me 15 thousand a year. Hopefully my insurance will cover some of it. I haven't started the shots yet I have to wait for a nurse to come to my house and train me. The Dr. says I will have to repeat the MRI's and the spinal tap every 6 months for the next 2 years. I'm trying to have a positive attitude about the whole thing but sometimes its hard.

Well the only kid I have home right now is Kaysha. Toby, Boady and Riley are visiting Bob and Leann in Virginia and Dillan and Stevie are visiting their dad in Utah. They all come home July 2nd. The break from kids is nice but at the same time we sure do miss them. They all seem to be having a good time though.

Bo and I try to go to this every year we love it. We get a weekend away from kids and we have tons of fun. We love the old muscle cars. We wish we had tons of money to restore our charger the way we wanted to. As you can tell from the following pictures this police car is my favorite. He is there every year and he halls butt!!! I love the burn outs thats the best.

I know it has been forever since I have posted anything I need to get back into it. So I am having a Lia Sophia party on Saturday march 14th at 5:00 pm and anyone who wants to come is more than welcome. For those of you who don't know what this is, it is jewelry. I know its been forever since I have published anything sorry! I'll try to catch you up on things. Well I took Kaysha to get her allergies tested because she can't breathe through her nose and found out that she is allergic to bermudah grass, mold and eggs. They started her on these drops that go under your tongue today and they are drops of the things that you are allergic to, its supposed to change your immune system so that you are no longer allergic to them anymore. She has to take these drops for 3 to 5 years. I had to get her an epi pen today and that scares me I hope that I never have to use it on her.
Yesturday was tony's birthday and he is 19 now CRAZY huh!!! He moved back from virginia cause he hated being so far away. He is living with Bo's parents in Overton and going to community college down there. He has a really cute girlfriend named Kayla we really like her, she keeps hin in line:)
Monday is Bo's birthday he is going to be 39 he's getting old;)
Oh a couple of weeks ago the transformer outside our house blew up and sent a power surge to our house and 2 of our neighbors. our low voltage that should run at 120 was over 200 and our high that is supposed to run at 220 was at 370. you could smell the wires in our house burning it fried our computer, x-box, x-box 360, and Rileys brand new eletric scooter that she got for christmas. The power company has been very good to work with though they are replacing everything.
I will try to be better about posting from now on talk to you guys later

Meg's injury

Our dog Meg got attacked by another dog the other night and it really did a number on her. We had to take her to St. George to the emergency animal hospital and she had to have surgery it took 2 hours. Sorry some of these pictures are graphic but these are her injuries. Meg in her cone so she won't mess with her stitches or her tube thats in her stomach.

When I got home from the store today I walked in the house and there in my front room was a snake. Boady had found it in the field and brought it home. My first reaction was " get that damn thing out of my house." But of course when I called Bo he wanted me to let the kids keep it until he got home. He has wanted to catch a milk snake for awhile now. I am terrified of snakes and so I haven't enjoyed it at all!! And of course the stupid thing is still at my house tonight. Bo says he will get rid of it tomarrow and I sure hope he does, the stupid thing has got out of the aquarium twice already tonight. I might end up sleeping at my moms tonight I'm afraid its going to get out again and might end up in bed with me or something. YUCK!!!

We go out in the dessert all the time its Bo's favorite thing to do. He likes to go look for lizards and snakes. Here Bo and the kids are flipping over a board or something to see if there are any under it. Bo always hopes they will find a snake. And I pray they never do.

When we went out to mess around in the desert over the weekend we stopped and let the kids play in the river. It wasn't very deep, but they had a really good time. They played in the mud and looked for pretty rocks in the river. They had about 30 rocks they wanted to bring home, but we were able to talk them into leaving them there for the next time we go.
